All prices are in American Dollars for easier conversions. Your card will be charged the US dollars equivalent of the amount that appears on our website. Pay attention when comparing our prices. Shipping is free of charge.
We do not charge your credit card automatically when you place your order. You will be billed only after acceptance of your order by our sales team and validation of your billing information, IP address, ISP information from our billing company.

We ship everywhere. Tobacco related laws differ from a country to another. The client takes on his responsibility the introduction of the cigars to his country. We will not ship Cuban products to the USA following US regulations.

After quality controls in Cuba by Habanos, the cigar boxes we send are controlled by our experts in Geneva. We use a special packaging to preserve moisture level and freshness. When you receive your cigars you are recommended to let them rest for 24 hours before tasting them.
If you are unhappy with your cigars (delivery problem, damaged package...) You are welcome to send them back, providing that you keep them in their original packaging proving their origin. You will be offered a box of the same cigars.

All collected information will be treated in a strict confidentiality. You have the right to access all your personal data stored in our database and to request any rectification or deletion of this data.

Return policy: 15 days money back guarantee. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all our products. If you are not satisfied with our products/services, you can ship them back to our warehouse (at your charge) and get a refund or replacement for the intact products.
